Suffolk Resistance Loop

The Suffolk Resistance Loop eliminates the need for hand weights and workout machines.

With both a Light and Medium resistance option, the loops can easily add variety to exercises and strengthen multiple muscles. Barre work can also be improved by using the resistance loop for pliés, tendus, dégagés, and more.
